Brewing

Western Style
1/4 cup (2-3 grams) of tea for 250 mL of water.
Water temperature: 95-100degC
Steep for about 3-5 minutes.

Iced Tea
Double strength - use hot water.
Pour over ice and top with berries or a lemon slice if desired.
