We understand that shipping fees are a little annoying, especially on low cost items such as tea. That's why we offer free shipping on all orders over $60 and $5.95 Sendle (Couriers Please component only).
Australia Post if chosen, what it costs us is exactly what it costs you with no package and handling or insurance fees.
You are able to select either one on checkout.
AUSTRALIA DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
Australia Post:
- We're located in Sydney, so please allow some time for delivery based on your location.
- We use both Australia Post and Sendle (Couriers Please only). If you have a preference for either one, please let us know in the notes on checkout.
NSW can be next day delivery or the day after on average.
To NT, WA and rural areas, please allow a week for delivery!
- Refunds can't be provided based on shipping times as our dispatch time is very fast, with transit times being out of our control. If you have a function or event and your order is urgent, please let us know!
- Order pickups occur around 2 pm each day, so the earlier in the day your order is placed - the better! We'll normally do a printout of all orders around 10 am and will then continue with any other orders for that same day if time allows.
Western Australia
For Western Australia, things get quite a lot more expensive on our end. For now we are still keeping 5.95 shipping but with higher rates for Australia Post as that is where most of the most expensive shipping comes from.
We do recommend Australia Post for WA, NT and sometimes QLD.
