Tea Life offers affordable and transparent shipping options within Australia. The following applies to all Australian orders:

Orders under $60

• $5.95 standard shipping

Orders $60 and over

• Free shipping on orders over $60 with CouriersPlease
  
• Australia Post standard shipping at carrier cost
  

Express Shipping

Australia Post Express is available at carrier cost and may be selected at checkout where applicable.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are approximately 2–8 business days from dispatch, depending on delivery location. Timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside Tea Life’s control, including carrier delays, peak periods, weather events or service disruptions.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, Tea Life will provide a one-time replacement or refund, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Exclusions & System Errors

Free shipping does not apply to bulk, wholesale or commercial orders unless otherwise stated. In the event of a system or pricing error resulting in incorrect shipping charges, Tea Life reserves the right to correct the error or cancel the order prior to dispatch, as permitted by law.

We currently use Australia Post for all international tea shipments at cost.
