Tea Life™ provides simple, transparent shipping across Australia and New Zealand.
Australia
Orders under $60: Flat rate standard shipping of $6.95
Orders $60 and over: Free standard shipping
Express Shipping
Australia Post Express is available at checkout where applicable and charged at carrier rates. Pricing may vary depending on location and parcel size.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery is 2–8 business days from dispatch, depending on location. Please note timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, weather or service disruptions.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If Australia Post confirms a parcel is lost in transit, Tea Life will provide a one-time replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Exclusions
Free shipping does not apply to bulk, wholesale or commercial orders unless stated. Tea Life reserves the right to correct or cancel orders affected by system or pricing errors prior to dispatch, in accordance with applicable laws.
International Tea Shipping
We currently ship all international orders via Australia Post at carrier rates.
New Zealand: Free standard shipping on orders over NZD$100.
