Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) can prove to be a very useful herb indeed. Normally a large component within weight loss teas, Horsetail is a diuretic that can increase urination by up to 30%.

Silica helps to make up the herb  known has Horsetail, and is why it's recommended to repair bony tissues.

It helps to fix calcium and is therefore good for osteoporosis or any other disease where bone restoration is needed. Horsetail is anti-hemorrhagic and is useful for mouth ulcers and bleeding gums.

Brewing
  1. Brew 2-3g Horsetail to 1 cup water. 
  2. Steep for 5-6 minutes
  3. Normally consumed twice daily, morning and night.
