Greek Mountain Tea

Ingredients:
1 to 2 teaspoons of dried Speedwell herb
1 cup (250 ml) of freshly boiled water

Instructions:

Place the dried herb in a teapot, infuser, or heatproof mug.

Pour boiling water over the herb.

Cover and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes.

Strain and enjoy warm.

Optional: Add honey or lemon to taste. Can also be blended with other calming herbs like chamomile or lemon balm.

Typical Use: 1 to 2 cups per day, as traditionally consumed.
