This bright green Tea blend contains only Australian grown ingredients - Australian Bush Sunrise tea. It combines smooth First Harvest Green Tea with Native Australian Lemon Myrtle, Finger Lime and native Lemongrass.

First Harvest Green Tea has a clean, vegetal base and lemon Myrtle has a bright Lemon aroma. Finger Lime gives the blend a bright Native citrus character and native Lemongrass gives the blend a soft herbal-citrus finish.

This makes a light and cheerful tea with an Australian flavour. The citrus ingredients balance the green tea without overpowering it, making Australian Bush Sunrise an everyday green tea or an iced tea.

Brewing

Western

1 teaspoon per cup Water temperature: 75-80degC
Steep: 2-3 minutes

Avoid boiling water as very hot water makes green tea taste bitter.

Gongfu

Approximately 4-5g per 100ml
Water temperature: 75-80degC
First infusion: approximately 30 seconds
With each subsequent infusion, increase brewing time slightly.

Iced

Drink almost double the normal amount of tea. Brew at 75-80degC for 2-3 minutes, strain and pour over ice. Alternatively, you can cold brew in the refrigerator for about 6-8 hours.
