Aussie grown Bush black tea and a blend of native Australian botanicals make up Australian Bush Breakfast tea.

Its Bush Black Tea has a full-bodied malty base that stands up well on its own or with milk. Wattleseed adds roasted, nutty and slightly earthy notes that give the blend character similar to toasted grain and coffee.

Cinnamon Myrtle lends a warm, cinnamon aroma without the traditional cinnamon, and aniseed Myrtle lends a sweet-spice note with some Aniseed undertones.

Together these four Australian ingredients make a robust breakfast-style tea with native Australian character. It is warming and aromatic without being strongly spiced, and the strength of the black tea remains at the centre of the cup.

Brewing

Western

1 teaspoon per cup Water temperature: 95-100degC
Steep: 3-5 minutes

Enjoy black, or add milk to taste. To make a stronger breakfast-style cup, add just a bit of tea instead of excessively extending the brewing time.

Gongfu

Approximately 5g per 100ml
Water temperature: 95degC
First infusion: approximately 20-30 seconds
Each subsequent infusion increases brewing time slightly.

Iced

Drink almost double the normal amount of tea. Strain and pour over ice 3-5 minutes after brewing. It can be served plain or with a little milk for an iced breakfast tea.
