Iced Strawberry Peppermint Gum Tea Recipe

One of the best things about strawberry peppermint tea is that it's incredibly refreshing. On a hot summer's day, there's nothing quite like sipping on a cold cup of this tea to help you cool down. Strawberry peppermint tea is also said to have cooling properties that can help reduce inflammation and soothe your skin.

A recent study proved that peppermint is a great source of fluids and electrolytes, which are essential for maintaining proper hydration levels in your body. It also contains caffeine, which can help improve your focus and mental alertness. However, because peppermint tea also contains menthol, it doesn't tend to cause the same jittery feeling that coffee does. So if you're looking for an energizing drink that won't make you feel wired, this iced herbal tea is a great choice.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tsps of strawberry peppermint gum tea
  2. 200 ml of boiling water
  3. 3-4 cubes of ice

Recipe:

  1. Place the tea in a strainer.
  2. Dip the strainer with leaves in a cup of water and allow it to steep for about 10 minutes or so.
  3. Strain the leaves and place the delicious tea in a cup for it to cool
  4. Add a couple of ice cubes and you are ready to enjoy your delicious tea!
