To ensure a fair and transparent program for everyone involved — including our affiliates, our customers, and our internal team — please review and adhere to the following policy.


🔸 1. Acceptable Promotion Methods

Affiliates are encouraged to promote Tea Life using ethical, value-driven channels such as:

  • Content marketing (e.g., blogs, articles, and reviews)

  • Social media sharing (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)

  • Email marketing (to subscribers who have opted in)

  • Personal referrals (word of mouth, direct messaging)

  • Online communities (forums, Facebook groups, etc.), provided it’s not spammy or misleading


🔸 2. Paid Advertising Policy

To protect the integrity of our brand and campaigns:

  • Affiliates may not run paid advertising (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads, etc.) using Tea Life brand terms or direct links to Tea Life via their affiliate URL without prior written permission from our team.

  • Bidding on brand terms or misspellings (e.g., “Tea Life,” “tealife.com.au”) is strictly prohibited.

  • Cloaking or redirecting links in paid ads is not permitted.

  • Retargeting ads that include our products or brand imagery are not allowed unless approved.

If you'd like to run paid traffic campaigns, please contact us for review and written approval.


🔸 3. Referral Link Usage

To ensure accurate tracking and reporting, all affiliates must:

  • Use only their assigned affiliate link or code.

  • Ensure links are used in a clear and non-deceptive way.

  • Avoid using affiliate links in spammy contexts (e.g., comment sections, clickbait ads, or misleading headlines).

You are encouraged to use structured tracking links (e.g., UTM tags or campaign IDs) if you're tracking campaigns across multiple platforms — this helps us both understand what’s working.


🔸 4. Commission Attribution & Disputes

Sales are attributed to affiliates based on the last-click model tracked through our affiliate platform. In case of discrepancies or suspected misattribution, we reserve the right to investigate and adjust commissions accordingly.


🔸 5. Brand Representation

When promoting Tea Life, we ask that you:

  • Accurately represent our products and company values.

  • Avoid exaggerated claims, especially around health benefits.

  • Refrain from using offensive or misleading content alongside our brand.

We reserve the right to remove affiliates from the program if content is inconsistent with our brand values or could negatively impact customer trust.


🔸 6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time if we believe policies have been violated, or if promotional methods are deemed harmful to the Tea Life brand.
