Our Strawberry Matcha Latte has the grassy flavour of Japanese Matcha with the fruity sweetness of strawberry.

This blend is named after the popular cafe beverage and balances the savoury character of finely milled green tea with the juicy fruitiness of ripe strawberries. It is a colourful, refreshing drink - hot or cold - that is suitable for drinking year round.

Matcha has been consumed in Japan for centuries and is usually whisked into water to make a frothy drink. Served with strawberry, matcha's earthy profile becomes more approachable, and fruit lends natural sweetness and a pleasant aroma.

The Strawberry matcha Latte is a modern take on traditional Matcha - both visually and in flavour. Served plain or mixed with dairy or plant-based milk, it makes a creamy, cafe-style drink that is just as good as a morning ritual, afternoon pick-me-up, or an iced drink.

Notes: This Matcha is aready to go without milk or sugar, with a small amount of creamer and cane sugar already included in the blend.

Hot Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Matcha Latte Mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup hot milk*

Method
Whisk or shake 2 teaspoons of Matcha Latte Mix (use 3 tsp if you like yours more flavorful) with 1/4 cup of warm water. When well mixed, add to hot milk (*plant based or dairy). For the true café experience, froth the milk first. Enjoy!

Iced Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Matcha Latte Mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup cold milk*
  • Ice

Method
Whisk or shake 2 teaspoons of Matcha Latte Mix (use 3 tsp if you like yours more flavorful) with 1/4 cup of warm water. When well mixed, add to cold milk (*plant based or dairy), then pour over ice. Enjoy!

Blended Matcha Frappe

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Matcha Latte Mix
  • 1/2 cup milk or half & half
  • 1 cup ice

Method
Blend all ingredients together on your blender's highest setting until smooth. Pour into two glasses and optionally top with whipped cream. Enjoy!
