A unique Decaf Green Chai that invokes both mellow and spice in a blissful combination that won't give you the jitters thanks to this caffeine free blend of Green Tea (Decaf), Clove, Ginger, Star Anise, Cinnamon, and Cardamom Pods.

Pesticide Free Green tea decaffeinated in Germany with the CO2 decaffeination process.

Brewing

½ mug boiling water per person to pot, about 140ml.
15g of chai per person.

Low simmer for 5 mins or so, boiling too fast is said to spoil taste.

Normally 140 ml milk is used and added.
Increase heat until can see steam.
Strain and add honey for taste.
