Brewing

1 teaspoon tea leaves per 250ml cup.

Pour boiling water at 95-100degC.

Set aside for 3-4 minutes so the citrus and floral notes can fully infuse.

Strain, serve plain or with milk.

Reducing steeping time makes it a lighter cup; for a stronger cup steep it for an extra minute.
