Brewing

Western style:

1/2 teaspoon per cup 95-100degC water Steep 5-10 minutes.

Gongfu style:

Not usually used for gong Fu brewing.

Iced / Cold brew:

1 tablespoon per litre Cold steep for 6-12 hours in fridge.

Good at any time of day; as a daytime or light, caffeine-free evening tea. Good chilled in warmer weather.
