We love getting rare flowers and herbs in at Tea Life and Forget Me Not tea is no exception - which is currently only available in Australia at Tea Life.

Forget Me Not tea ( Myosotis Sylvatica ) is commonly used to help reduce nosebleeds and certain lung issues. We actually don't recommend taking this for extended periods as not much study has been done on the consumption of this flower.

Some have also reported that this flower will help calm the nerves and promote a restful sleep.

  1. Add around 1 teaspoon to strainer in hot water.
  2. Steep for 3-5 minutes with the cup covered.

Taste: Mild, slightly floral with a light, grassy undertone.

Mouthfeel: It is smooth and delicate, with a clean body that is calming on the palate.

Finish: It is soft and refreshing and the light floral sweetness fades nicely.

Liquor colour: Very pale and golden.

Lovely with: Chamomile or rose petals, or green tea for a floral lift.
