The resin Boswellia papyrifera is a soft and historically important resin from the highlands of Ethiopia exported via Berbera Port, Somalia.

Papyrifera is harvested by hand using traditional tapping techniques and has a clean, sweet honey aroma, lighter than Carterii but with fruity and balsamic undertones.

Each tear of resin represents centuries-old traditions in which local farming communities live in harmony with nature, protecting Boswellia trees and ecosystems.
