Brewing

1. Temperature: The water should be around 90 degrees. Most freeze dried fruits are a little delicate, so less than 100c is optimal.

2. Steeping: Place 1-2 teaspoons of freeze-dried Davidson plum in hot water for about 5-7 minutes. It all depends on individual preferences as to how sour you would like to be drinking the tea. The longer the steeping, the sourer it gets.

3. Presentation: This tea is excellent hot or cold and is sure to give you a zesty element in your day.
