Brewing

Put 1 teaspoon Slippery Elm Bark Powder in a cup.

A little cold water will make a smooth paste.

Top with 250 ml boiling hot water and stir well.

Allow to sit for 3-5 minutes till it gets thickened.

Add honey or cinnamon if desired.

It is able to also be blended into smoothies, yoghurt or porridges for a daily supplement.
