A blend of calming herbs & refreshing flavours: Made with: Organic lemon balm, organic passionflower, organic lemongrass, organic peppermint leaves, organic rosehip.

Completely caffeine free - the perfect cup for just a relaxing evening or even whenever you want to relax.

Brewing

Take 1-2 teaspoons of blend per cup (250ml).

Serve freshly boiled water at around 95degC.

Steep 5-7 min to release the flavour and aroma of the herbs.

Strain and serve warm, or brew longer for a stronger infusion.

In summer, brew and chill for iced tea.

Passionflower - Passiflora incarnata

Lemongrass - Cymbopogon citratus

Mint - Mentha piperita.
