Signature Grey Tea

Signature Grey Tea is lighter and brighter than Earl Grey. It combines premium Ceylon black tea with bergamot, sweet orange peel and chrysanthemum flowers for a complex citrus and floral infusion.

The full-bodied Ceylon black tea gives it a base and bergamot gives it a citrus note. Orange peel lends an naturally sweet citrus note, and chrysanthemum flowers lend a delicate floral finish. It results in a light, elegant tea that's just as good as a morning pick-me-up or an afternoon treat. Serve it hot or pour over ice for a crisp, upbeat drink.

1 / 250 mL) 1 teaspoon of dissolved per cup of water. 95-100degC
Steep for 3-4 minutes

Iced Tea

2 teaspoons per cup - brew at double strength.
Soak for 4 minutes then pour over ice.
