With a familiar fragrance, these Jasmine buds offer a delicate taste that are more than suitable for combining with other types of tea. Having been used to scent tea for over 2000 years, and grown at high elevations atop quiet mountains.

Containing several types of anti-oxidants, this tea is not only refreshing but healthy too.
Note preinfused Jasmine Bud tastes quite different to an infused jasmine green tea.

Brewing
  1. Bring water almost to boil, 80c is best.
  2. Steep for 2-3 minutes within strainer. Buds will rise to the top without strainer and make it difficult to drink!
  3. Honey is optional, milk not recommended.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
While generally considered mild, concentrated amounts (such as in medicinal infusions) are not advised during pregnancy without professional advice, as the flower has been associated with uterine stimulation.

People breastfeeding should also use sparingly unless cleared by a health professional.

Allergic Reactions
Uncommon, but some people may be allergic to jasmine or another flowering herb and experience skin itching or mild respiratory symptoms.

Medication Interactions

Is it caffeinated?
No, jasmine buds themselves are naturally caffeine-free - this infusion is good anytime of day.

Does it contain added flavours or sugar?
Yes, pure jasmine bud tea has no flavors, colors, or sugars added - just dried buds of the jasmine flower.

Can it be reheated?
If pre-brewed, reheat gently, but do not boil, to preserve the floral aroma. Leftover tea: Refrigerate any leftover tea immediately and consume within 24 hours.

How should it be stored, and how long should it keep?
Store in an airtight container, away from light, moisture and strong odours. Jasmine buds are delicate - use within 18-24 months for best aroma and freshness.

How much is shipping?

Couriers Please Shipping is $5.95 for orders under $60 and free for all orders over $60.

Australia Post is always at cost. Orders going to Po Box or Parcel Locker address may be locked in to Australia Post.

What are your transit times?

We dispatch within 24-48 hours (sometimes much faster) and from there we'll see 1-3 days transit to most metro locations within Australia excluding WA and NT which can take a week or so.

We also offer express post which will help speed up the process, at cost with no handling fees. These are always sent as priority and packed first.

Are there any discounts available?

We're quite generous with our loyalty programs, and the best way to take advantage of them is to create an account here. Also if you subscribe to our newsletter you'll gain access to members only discounts, rewards and an initial 10% off first order.

Are your teas certified organic?

Up until recently we were certified organic but due to rising administration costs and the difficulty of maintaining certification we've put this on hold for now. Our suppliers and farms remain the same without any change but just now label things are organic, pesticide free or wildcrafted.

This also allows us to maintain our current pricing without any increases which we feel is more important at this time.
