Brewing

Making Bael Tea is rather straightforward and with little efforts you can relish its various tastes and soothing effects:

Water Temperature: Steep the water around 90-95°C (194-203°F) to get the maximum flavor from the dried bael fruit.

How Long to Steep: Use 1-2 teaspoons of dried bael fruit slices and place them in your teapot or an infuser and let the tea stand for 5-7 minutes. The steeping period can be increased or decreased according to the basking preference.

Additions: Bael tea is relatively sweet on its own but if you want it to be sweeter you may use honey or agrave syrup. It will also enhance the flavor of the tea if it is served with a bit of lemon or a slice of fresh citrus.

Iced tea option: Brew the tea as it is, let it cool and then serve over ice for an iced tea. Decorate the drink using fresh mint or fruit scraps or pieces.

Enjoy: Take the tea while it is hot or cold as an herbal iced tea.

How much is shipping?

Couriers Please Shipping is $5.95 for orders under $60 and free for all orders over $60.

Australia Post is always at cost. Orders going to Po Box or Parcel Locker address may be locked in to Australia Post.

What are your transit times?

We dispatch within 24-48 hours (sometimes much faster) and from there we'll see 1-3 days transit to most metro locations within Australia excluding WA and NT which can take a week or so.

We also offer express post which will help speed up the process, at cost with no handling fees. These are always sent as priority and packed first.

Are there any discounts available?

Are your teas certified organic?

Up until recently we were certified organic but due to rising administration costs and the difficulty of maintaining certification we've put this on hold for now. Our suppliers and farms remain the same without any change but just now label things are organic, pesticide free or wildcrafted.

This also allows us to maintain our current pricing without any increases which we feel is more important at this time.
